All courses are personally supervised by Peter Phillips, a Senior Level English Cricket Board Coach & a member of the ECB Cricket Coaches Association. He is a full time coach working all year round, & has coached in over 60 schools and numerous clubs in London & Hertfordshire.

Peter has assembled a fantastic coaching team, many of whom have been with him for many years & are ECB qualified & DBS checked. Recent coaches including Will, Sam, Joe, Mike, Kitty & Matt all attended Peter’s courses themselves for many years. Peter watched them develop both as individuals & cricketers, & is thrilled to see them develop into the terrific coaches they are today.

All of the coaching team constantly stress the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship. Also, Peter never lets the children of all ages forget that wonderful ingredient of any sport, a sense of humour!
